The front desk operators Lyn, Stephan, and Sujan always help me feel welcomed and give me a personalized service. The technicians do a very good job and treat me with kindness and understanding. Thank you to the Caché Nails team for helping me feel comfortable and supported. Come for the service, stay for the people, atmosphere, and chair massages!
If i could give them 100 stars I would, I walked in on a Saturday at 4 pm and didn’t wait a min before being seated. I was offered a beverage and the white wine was good, the massages are so relaxing, the chairs are quality massagers, the utensils were clean, everyone was friendly and accommodating. I absolutely will be back any time I’m in Texas!
I can not praise John enough. He did a wonderful job on my daughters nails, continued to check in with her through the process to make sure she was satisfied, he was patient and gentle. Her nails even looked better than the example-when does that happen?! Did a great job and we will definitely be returning.
Update: John never fails to please, gentle, takes his time and is a great conversationalist.
