Awesome yoga studio. Relaxing atmosphere, and friendly instructors. As a newbie to yoga I felt welcome, and I enjoyed the selection of beginner friendly classes they had. You can tell that Brynn and her team take pride in what they do.
Perfect studio for beginners, those who want to get the benefits of a good yoga stretch, or build strength without getting injured or killing yourself! I was super into yoga at one time, but haven't practiced in 15 years. Elemental has been a great place to ease back into the practice. Extra bonus--it is a community. The instructors and students are all friendly and there is no judgement!
Brynn is a thoughtful, intuitive instructor, yoga therapist, and spiritual leader. The classes are always wonderful and challenging, her groups are deep and empowering, and the breath work / pranayama is soothing and calming.
