Josh was very professional and knowledgeable repairing my cracked iPad screen and home button. He also turned back the iPad earlier than he initially promised. I'll be using his services in the future for sure!

I hired DV Tech to help me with some problems I was having with my home network and an Ethernet port. Josh, the owner, arrived at the agreed upon time and started to work immediately. He began with showing me the number of networks in my neighborhood that could possibly be interfering with my home network. He worked to counter this interference by finding a less congested channel. He also disabled redundant security measures within my system to increase efficiency. I now have a noticeably stronger/faster WiFi signal in a part of my house that was like a black hole before. We discussed solutions for my Ethernet port issue and after considering my options and buying the necessary equipment, I've decided to hire Josh again for that jo All told, he was in and out in just over an hour. Edit: I had Josh come back a week later to fix the dead Ethernet port in my media room. In under 30 minutes he identified the problem and the Ethernet cord that needed the RJ45 connector. He wired it and in no time I had a working Ethernet port. All of my home networking issues have been resolved thanks to DV Tech. I'm a very satisfied customer!
