Previously left a 3 star review because we had a good experience when we were actually receiving services. Updated to one star after the current headache they have become. After every visit, we were told "you're all good, insurance paid for everything!" Until last month when we got hit with a $200+ bill for services done more than a year ago. I called and complained but figured it wasn't worth $200 to deal with fighting so I just paid it. I was reassured after that my account was all paid for. And then surprise, we got another bill in the mail last week! The office girl, Amanda, tried to explain how it wasn't their fault and there was nothing she could do. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. They are dishonest and want their clients to pay for their mistakes.

Beware: Stay away from this unprofessional joke of a practice. They use illegitimate 3rd party lab testing in order to save a buck. Every staff member I've interacted with is not helpful or knowledgeable about the business. Kari Rollins is unprepared and unprofessional...I came in for a follow up to review a Genova screening and it was completely apparent she was looking at the results for the first time -- she had not reviewed prior and was essentially wasting my time and money while she read through the results.

My family and I have been coming here and seeing Dr. Stacy for a couple of months now. We've never felt so at home at an office. We are always welcomed by name by the staff and the friendly family oriented vibe is very present. From adjustments from Dr. Stacy to massages from Markel, this place truly does care about your physical being. I have a 3 and 5 year old who also get adjusted. The fact that the office focuses on a holistic approach is the number one reason that my family and I come here. The Wellness Center offers more than just adjustments and massages too. I highly recommend this office for all that they have to offer.
