Dissent Athletics has been such a great place to workout! I joined their Muscle Mommies class and have LOVED working out alongside other moms! Bringing our babies and being able to show them how important it is to stay active, is just another reason why I love this gym. Definitely recommend checking out this amazing community!
I have been attending this gym now three weeks I’m down 11 lbs and everyone is nice. They call you to make sure you’re ok if you fail to attend. They are so helpful. They go out of their way for everyone! No matter what stage you are in…. You belong! They help you develop. I started knowing absolutely nothing… struggling to lose 1 pound and now I’m 11 lbs down I feel so excited!
When we finally make a decision to commit to finding a gym to call home, one of my top requirements is belonging. An environment where I know that support, both mentally and physically is plentiful. Dissent is that place. Every staff member is genuinely concerned that I get the most out of my workout and wants me to succeed in whatever goals I create for myself. The workouts are challenging enough for me to feel productive, but not intimidating to the point where I want to give up.
