THIS CLINIC IS AWFUL!!! If you like waiting a long time for your appointment, then this is the right place for you. My new patient appointment was only 15min! I asked how long a new patient one should be, and I was told 30 to 45 min, which sounds about right.I've been dealing with a run around with this clinic, and my thoughts are that this is a way to collect money. It took months to get an MRI. They are always short staffed and have a high turnover rate. Dr. Nagineni has gone through 2 nurses in a few months. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.THEY TRIED TO SEND ME A BILL FOR $133 COPAY WHEN MY INSURANCE TAKES CARE OF THAT. I HAVE DUAL COORDINATION PLUS MEDICARE AND MEDICAID AND THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO CHARGE ANY PATIENT OUT OF POCKET WITH MY COVERAGE AND THEY TRIED TO. I HAD TO CALL MY INSURANCE AND MY INSURANCE HAD TO CALL THEM TO STRAIGHTEN THEM OUT. ON TOP OF THAT I HAD TESTS DONE 3 MONTHS AGO AND HAD A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT WITH MY NEUROSURGEON A MONTH AFTER THE TESTS, AND I TOLD THEM THAT MY NEUROSURGEON NEEDED THOSE RESULTS BY THE DATE OF MY APPOINTMENT AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN GET IT TO THEM SO I HAD TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT. This is the 3rd time I have had a seizure due to running out of meds and not being able to get in touch with them to get authorization. They do not return phone calls nor fill prescriptions. I had a seizure in her office today due to all of this madness. Please guys communicate better with your patients.
