I was very happy with my visit. My dog, Mark, has a growth in his ear canal blocking the canal. The surgeon explained the procedure and the post op. My questions were answered. Everyone I came in contact with were very professional. I would definitely recommend.
My friends took their dog after getting a referral for femur surgery. Everyone at the front desk was very courteous and professional. We're especially grateful for the vet tech Jose, who went above and beyond to explain everything in detail, give them an estimate of costs, possible risks and reassure them. He was very thorough, helpful and patient with my friends, who were very anxious and they don't speak English. Jose also went the extra mile to help with the translation. We appreciate the honesty regarding surgery costs prior to (via phone) and also during consultation. It was relief knowing their pet is now in good care. Thank you!
This place is clean, very professional, scheduling was fast and the post op support is amazing! Animal surgery is a costly decision. My 8 yr old dog had a full blown torn meniscus & CCL. Her procedure was a TPLO. She is 1 week post op and healing is going as expected according to the detailed instructions. Im very pleased with my decision.
