Best massage I've ever had! I have been struggling with an injury for so long and I finally found someone who has been able to help me make progress in my mobility. He understands the body extremely well and explains everything that he's doing so that I can also understand what's going on. On top of that, he's an excellent conversationalist and has many interesting life stories. It's hard to find someone to trust with sports injuries, but this man knows his stuff and I will certainly be coming back.

I can't say enough about how good this guy is. As an endurance athlete, I'm no stranger to injury and the multitude of means to recover from it. I'm a huge proponent of massage and soft tissue manipulation, and I've been to a lot of therapists in my life. It's rare to find a good therapist with sound technical knowledge who understands the cause/effect relationship of body mechanics at the individual muscle and muscle group level. It's even more rare to find one who both understands it and can effectively use their knowledge to improve their ability and patient outcome.
