The only reason I am giving 3 starts instead of 5 is because my first time using them, they lost a pair of my work slacks. They did reimburse me for those, and I was apprehensive about using them again, but the quality of work they do on my heavy starch jeans is the best I have found. So 5 stars is what I'd give if they hadn't lost my pants my first visit. But they did handle it with reimbursement.
Tommy is HILARIOUS!!! OMG!! I love him to pieces!!!! He is such a delightful person, and a delight to be around!!! He can cut up with the best if them, and I ALWAYS leave with a smile on my face!!
Great service. Drop off in the morning before 9 and you can get your clothes back same day. Otherwise just a one day turnaround. Makes sense why the reviews are so good. Would come back again.
