We were a day before leaving on a 3-week vacation and Comfort Masters rose to the occasion. Rondell arrived on time. Polite, professional and respectful of our property. He was thorough and explained everything in term I could understand.

We were having a dinner party and wouldn’t you know it our A/C started blowing hot air. I gave Comfort Masters a call because my son had a great experience with them. Jayden answered the phone and she was very professional and friendly. She promptly called me back to confirm with me that a technician would be able to come out to repair and fix the problem. Jeremy Vargas came out and was as professional and friendly as Jayden. The problem was fixed. Great customer service by Jayden and Jeremy! It looks like they have me as a new customer. ? Great team work guys!!
