I’ve been attending the classes for a little over a month and I have really enjoyed my time here! All of the instructors are great. I always leave feeling like I got a good workout in. They also offer a lot of modifications if you are a beginner or have injuries, etc. The unlimited option is a great deal and the waiting list will move pretty quick, so booking is always pretty easy. I love Club Pilates and can’t wait to reach my 100 class goal!

Amanda is one of my favorite instructors. She had a killer arm workout today! Her classes are well planned out and they flow nicely. I joined last June and have been attending weekly. I have had lower back issues for years. Since doing Pilates my pain has decreased by 90%. I can now do more activities that I love. I am so thankful for the instructors and the challenging classes they plan. I LOVE Club Pilates!!!

Amanda includes a variety of exercises, tailoring the intensity to the abilities of the participants. She clearly describes the next moves and demonstrates if necessary. It’s a good workout!
