I've been coming here for ten years, never had a problem with the service. Went this past Sunday and they asked my husband and I if we wanted the neck massage since we got the top of the line pedicure... shame on us for assuming it was part of the pedicure.. when we checked out, it was an extra $70 per person for the shoulder/neck massage. 2 pedicures with shoulder massages ended up costing $363 before the tip. I'd recommend, but pay attention and ask pricing if they "up sell" you on any services. Every single service is an extra cost. I do like they have a drink menu as well.
I didn’t get the name of my technician and I really regret that, but I will DEFINITELY be back. This nail technician didn’t just know HOW to do her job, she knew about WHAT she was doing and was able to answer my questions and address my concerns. Im really hard on my nails as a bartender and I’m conca table breaking them, I have to lift heavy boxes quite a bit and wash my hands about 80 times a day. My nails had cracked and broken down in some places and were super strong in others and I’ve been worried that my last technician wasn’t concerned about my nail health. Today was my first time coming here and I got a classic pedicure with gel and a classic manicure. It was a great experience and my pedicure looks amazing! I wish I would’ve got the woman’s name who took care of me, she was very nice and payed attention to detail. I will be coming back thank you :)Services: Polish removal
