Customers have had mixed experiences at Blo. Some, like Melissa Emile's client, have had a phenomenal experience, with the stylist asking the right questions, using the appropriate products, and delivering a perfect hairstyle. The client was even treated to a mimosa and a snack, making it a truly enjoyable experience. However, other customers have not been as satisfied. One client found their hair to be flat and the makeup to make them look very pale, with the only color being a bright red lipstick. This client also experienced an allergic reaction to the makeup, leading to discomfort for several days. Despite the reasonable prices, this customer would not use Blo's services again.
