Well oh well! This store need to train better the employees, the customer service isn't good enough for someone like me with Ulta high status I deserve better, the cashier lines are not set up correctly, if you visit the store and want to check an item that is by the wall good luck... because with the customers waiting in line you can't really check the products, I found the store little messy specially where they have the hair products and mix items with other items, I honestly prefer to order online than go and grab whatever because the mess makes me leave the store quickly.
Great experience, Chelsea listened to what I wanted and executed it beautifully. I was having issues with my brow shaping and she fixed it right up, I will absolutely be booking with her again for the future!
Angela is so amazing!! The very first time I came, she took so much time and detail on them versus any other employee I've had at other ulta stores. Shes so friendly and takes passion in what she does! I drive 45 minutes just to see her. I've now been back for my second time and she did just as an amazing job as the first time! Can't wait to come back to see my brow girl! Will always recommend!
