Hamali in blood work was awesome, i have had a few bad experiences but she was receptive to my concerns and was able to get things taken care of in a very compassionate manner. I do not want to overlook the overall experience which was great as was all the staff.
First time visiting an Urgent Care and this location did not disappoint. I received timely, compassionate, exceptional care. Kudos to Heather, Amber, and Rosa. They make Baylor Scott & White a great place to receive care, keep up the good work.
I have always received great care. The staff are all professional and polite. I have not encountered anyone rude or disrespectful anytime that my family or I have needed to be seen.
