My wife and I have been taking my clothes here for years. In 2018 I have been going at least twice a week. I take dress shirts, pants and sport coats and my wife takes dresses there. I haven't had any issues there ever. They charge half the price as Comet on Beach and Basswood and they have services on Saturday. If clothes are dropped off before 8am they can be picked up after 5pm the same day. The people are very nice. I am as little surprised of all the bad reviews.
