first off, the facility is really amazing! extremely clean, open, airy, 2 story with fabulous windows - & you cannot beat being on the historic bricks of Camp Bowie!!! all staff are nice and caring and love what they do. Donna Bader is the most incredible woman I have ever met. Her resume' in this industry is so impressive. She provides training for lasers (LHR, IPL, & more), microneedling and she does this in Fort Worth!!! gone are the days of having to go to Dallas to get any kind of training & she is so knowledgeable, I guarantee there is not a better person to train with. I have seen Dr. Cayli Balch for about 6 years now and I love her and her office staff. For the past 3 years now I drive over 3 hours to come to my doctors appointments because I love this office we have a great relationship She listens to me and my concerns When I have had 3 different surgeries over the years she worked with me about my pain medication I've never had an issue getting my medication the only bad thing I can say is sometimes the parking lot is full and u have to park somewhere else or wait for someone to leave I've never really had along wait to see the doctor normally I'm seen within 10-15 mins of arriving the longest I have had to wait was... read full review

Great doctors friendly and courteous.but unfortunately that does not make a doctor who they are have had many issues with meds get faxed over to pharmacy 6 times and have heard they have always done this to patients
