She is extremely knowledgable and gave me more time than I could have imagined with my 19 year old cat. Everyone in that office is kind, compassionate, and wonderful. “I noticed an issue with my dog and was able to get an appointment the next day. This is my second time at this place, and it was the same as the first. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My dog was very nervous, but they were gentle and respected my dog's boundaries. They did an amazing job encouraging him when he did good. My other dog is a little reactive, and when he had to go in for the first time, the staff did such an amazing job that i knew my other dog would be perfectly fine here. “I absolutely love this clinic! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the care of our fur babies.
We have been coming here for 4 almost 5 years. They have taken care of our fruit basket (dogs) plus our foster pups! The front desk and techs are just so sweet and they take the extra time to care and get to know our pets and their quirks. They are super easy to get an appointment and are quick for pain med and trazadone refills.
Dr. Minnerly is also so great. He is thorough in his testing and does what is best for the pet. He also prints out educational information for the us so we can better understand that condition or issue our pet currently has.
They have fair and reasonable pricing as well. Compared to other clinics they are on the lower end for services (especially surgery).
I tripped and fell one day after picking up our cat and they were so nice and drove me to the urgent care and held onto our cat for the night due to not being able to transport her.
Also this is beside the point but they sell some amazing smelling candles.“
