I don't know what's going on this tax season. I never had to wait this long to get my income tax refund back. They keep on saying the IRS is having delays. Every time I check on the website it does not say that they're having delays. It looks like to me they messed up my return. They can't tell me about it because every time I look on the IRS website. When I go to where's my refund type in my information according to them it doesn't match the records. For this being said I will go somewhere else and do my taxes.

DON’T! Awful! Communication is practically non existent. Left me high and dry on tax day. Had to file my own extension 4 hours before midnight on 15th because they would not reply to text or call. Will be filing a preparer complaint form with IRS.

May 2023

These people charged $1117.00 to file our taxes. No it was not a complicated tax return. It was a regular W2 for married filing jointly. Anyone else got charge this ridiculous amount? And they didn't notify of the fees until after.
