Am highly impressed with Cierra's Positive & Helpful Attitude! It seemed as though she knew what I was looking for & zeroed in on the frames I was looking for. Even though we looked at other frames, I purchased the one's she picked & have enjoyed the fit, the style & have had many compliments!!! Went in early this week for an eye exam! Super quick and the Doctor was very kind! Great costumer service! Even witness him sitting with a brand new customer, going over there insurance step by step offering the best way to use it and make the most of it so that she wouldn’t have to pay much! This place seems to really care for there customers! Would highly recommend!
had a great experience. the team was knowledgeable and friendly. dr. patel (i think his name was...) ordered my first pair of contact lenses, but since i'm moving very soon, they wouldn't arrive in time. i informed him of this, not really expecting much, but he came up with a solution that worked for me. on top of that, he was very honest, understanding, and explained things in simple terms.
