Alan and his team at A-1 Pest Control are phenomenal. I’ve used them for over 10 years, and they’ve always been reliable, responsive, and thorough. Bottom Line: Alan Sanford (Owner) and his team at A-1 are OUTSTANDING!!My daughter is a student at TCU, and the apartment she moved into had a major problem with Millipedes. The apartment complex sprayed 4 times within a 6 week period, and still my daughter and her roommates were finding more than 30+ millipedes on a daily basis inside their apartment. I called Alan and he provided me with great information on millipedes, and what it takes to get rid of millipedes. Bottom Line: Alan Sanford (Owner) and his team at A-1 are OUTSTANDING!!My daughter is a student at TCU, and the apartment she moved into had a major problem with Millipedes. I called Alan and he provided me with great information on millipedes, and what it takes to get rid of millipedes. Alan and I met on short notice via telephone with the property manager, and Alan got my daughter's apartment scheduled immediately. Alan took it upon himself to personally do the job himself along with one of his technicians. Alan and his technician made sure to use the proper product, and not the same product used by the apartment complex. Alan conducted a thorough survey both inside and outside of the apartment, and then thoroughly treated both the inside and outside of the apartment. Alan also identified structural issues with the apartment that could be allowing the millipedes and other insects to enter the apartment. Alan even offered (free of charge) to come back in one week, if the millipedes are still present. I highly recommend Alan and his A-1 team to anybody that's having an issue with insects and requires the services of an exterminator that's passionate about his business and genuinely cares about making sure he does a great job!
