He was amazing! I called him last night after service hours, hoping to just be able to leave a voicemail. I’d called a few other places and no one had voicemail set up. I was having issues with the condensation pump. He not only answered my call... he got all the information about my problem and then came out this morning to fix it! Pricing was very reasonable too! Highly recommend!

Just got a new home and the AC wasn’t working. Called CSM Heating & Cooling and not only were they fast in booking the appointment, they fixed the air conditioning and serviced our second one just to be on the safe side. They also addressed all of our concerns and walked us through the process. It really showed their experience and expertise when it comes to AC units. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Did I mention they are military friendly?! They were beyond professional and I write this in my cool fresh home. Thanks CSM!
