BAMC Flower Shop

Wow! Fast and Beautiful. Reasonably priced too. My son was in Brooke Army Medical center and the person at the gift shop was patient with me while I ordered a Get Well flower arrangement. They delivered it to him within an hour! He was really pleased with them and said "They are Wonderful". I agree

I don't know why this place has bad reviews on Google, but they are not true. And I've experienced that firsthand today. I live all the way in Florida and my wife is currently in tech school at fort Sam Houston and the lady I spoke to on the phone went above and beyond for me to try to get those delivered to her even though she's living in dorms. She even went to the extent of calling around to make sure that she is allowed to deliver them for me and even waited on hold with the post office. Not only that, their delivery driver made three different trips out there after being told they could not deliver them to the spot that I originally wanted them delivered.... read full review

I called the main hospital information desk at BAMC to be connected with the flower shop. The lady I spoke with was incredibly nice and helpful. Thankful to get to talk to someone kind from three states away who could help me pick something cheerful for my Grandma while she is in hospital over Thanksgiving. Really appreciate it.
