This is a HOSPITAL flower shop. People are buying flowers for loved ones in surgery. The lady working had the most absolute customer service I’ve ever encountered. Shop opens at 0900, I got there at 0930 to only find a “be back in 10 min sign” I waited 20 minutes and she finally came in. The hospital entrance staff said good morning to her, she didn’t acknowledge them. I said good morning, are you the flower shop owner?” she walked past me and didn’t acknowledge. I don't know why this place has bad reviews on Google, but they are not true. And I've experienced that firsthand today. I live all the way in Florida and my wife is currently in tech school at fort Sam Houston and the lady I spoke to on the phone went above and beyond for me to try to get those delivered to her even though she's living in dorms. She even went to the extent of calling around to make sure that she is allowed to deliver them for me and even waited on hold with the post office. Not only that, their delivery driver made three different trips out there after being told they could not deliver them to the spot that I originally wanted them delivered. So they...read full review
Called , customer service was zero. What I assume was a person made me aware that the “delivery drivers were done making deliveries for the day” okay Cool I get that, business is great, that’s what you want , no problem. She sounded so unhappy and bothered that I replied thank you and hung up. I thought about it and called back thinking maybe I’ll pick it up or have it delivered when ever possible. She answered, I asked when would be the next option for delivery and she replied so rudely that I actually hung up. I’ve lived by and off customer service and believe deep down in customer service .
