“Went in today to get my daughter's hair cut. She kept getting tangles and wouldn't let me brush her hair without a fight. When we could brush we were pulling chunks of her hair out with detangler. So this morning was my breaking point and went in asking to cut up to her shoulders. (Was long hair.)<br><br>They went above and beyond to make her happy amd tryingnto get her to be still. They were super patient with her and very sweet. Considering how much she moved around, I'm blown away how they were able to get everything straight and perfect for her. After leaving she's been super happy. Thank you so much again!“

“I had a very disappointing situation happen after i bought 24 inch extensions at Wig Paradise. They completely mismatched my hair to the extensions after i told her i didn’t want to color my hair anymore, and i was looking for extensions my color. She told me i could come in an exchange the color if it didn’t match my hair. Of course, it didn’t. And, of course they didn’t want to exchange them. Because they were taken out of the package. I did not know this, and she said that i could.I was so lucky to find Erika when i did. She matched my hair perfectly!
