We are new to the area. We experienced a less than we hoped for in another Forney area dental office. We stopped into Dr. Taylor's office based on his high review score. We were not disappointed. Brenda was so professional and accommodating. She knew so much about insurances and our benefits. My husband has seen Dr. Taylor and he too was experienced and gentle. I have an appointment next and just know this will be our new and forever Dental Office.

For the lady who said that "Brenda" was rude to her...perhaps you need to exam your attitude. I've been a patient since Dr. Taylor stated his practice. In my many times there Brenda is ALWAYS professional and polite. Having been in customer service for over 45 years I personally think she does an AMAZING job. I think it quiet odd that you have the only negative comment.

I love this dental office. The office staff, hygienist, and dentist were all very friendly and professional. It was the most thorough cleaning I have had since moving to Forney in 2020. Hygienist was very thorough and explained everything she was doing before doing it. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a smaller, less corporate feeling dentist that actually cares about their patients.
