My son needed a tow, the guy gives him a price and said his driver would be there in 30 minutes. My son calls me to let me know; by the time I call them to pay for it, they already sent the truck out. The price Eastlake told my son was the TOTAL price (included tax already), and they texted me my receipt while I was still talking to the dispatcher.
