“I recently used Riley's Property Maintenance to clean up my flower bed, take out a dead tree, and replant a tree. Riley was able to get me an appointment quickly. He did beautiful work and made sure that I knew how to properly care for the tree to keep it alive in the heat. I discussed some future ideas that we had for our backyard and Riley sent me different options to make our vision come true. We will use him again in the future.“

“I give the staff 5 stars for sure, but I'm a little disappointed in the most recent visit I had. About 1 1/2 years ago, I had Jake's come out to repair a station that wasn't working. It was determined that the valve was bad and needed replacement. No problem, they did it and all was great. About a month ago, I noticed a water leak in my yard in upon inspection myself, I noticed a leak in the valve box for the same valve that was replaced. Called Jake's to come out and it was determined that the leak was coming from the connection between the valve and the pipe. Now I understand warranties and that they expire, but I firmly believe that this connection should have lasted more than it did...........and the recent technician even stated that the connection wasn't straight and "possibly" could have led to the leak. The leak was fixed in about 2 1/2 hours and I was billed about $350. I certainly didn't expect it to be done for free, but there should have been some concessions on the price based upon what was leaking and the "possibility" that it was workmanship failure. I like Jake's and what they do and service they provide, I just don't think the cost for this service is justifiable based on what was discovered.“
