After reading many negative reviews being a small time contractor, I must admit my husband and I were deeply concerned after accepting a job and half way complete with getting paid . I can not say nothing but positive, straight forward ,and exact details as to the job we were to perform and exactly what was needed to receive payment was given from Johnny and all others I spoke with . I feel like their attention to details are in line with what I would expect a realtor to expect when listing ones home on the market or over seeing a rental property for a home owner.
