“Always makes sure multiple times a week, if not everyday, to take time and call each person back to set up an appointment so they don't have to rush on the phone. The owner, Laura, drives directly to YOUR house to take care of your animals so that we don't have to go through the hassle of putting them in the car/dealing with the aftermath. (yes, she cares that much for the animals, and yourselves). She is very good with all of her clients - thats includes both the human and animal clients.ALSO, she knows MANY of the animals located within the Flower Mound area; so, if your animal gets out there's a good chance she'll recognize who the little trouble maker is and return them (it's happened more than a dozen times). Even if she doesn't initially notice (sometimes they're very dirty after running around and having fun), there have been many times she's ran her microchip reader and been able to detect which dog/cat it is. You can tell she really has a passion/gift for what she does, and does it all without complaining.BEST VETERINARIAN EVER!“

“I could never say enough good things about this vet’s office! They saved my cat’s life after multiple other vets offices in the area had just been running all kinds of unnecessary and excessive tests with no differential diagnosis or treatment plans for months. They always take as much time as needed to explain treatment options and go over any concerns we have. They are also really patient with animals that have anxiety and past trauma. My dad’s dog is 90lbs and sweet as can be but very very scared of strangers. They got down on the floor to help make him feel comfortable and let me hold him instead of taking him to the back so he would feel more secure.

This is easily the best vet’s office in the area!!“
