I do not reccomend Jelena Bucan Kurepa from this practice. The front desk staff, when I was not even called back 20 minutes after my appointment was to start, told me “it’s just her she’s with a patient currently” in which I understand they cant change that. But I am sitting here at my appointment 1 hour from my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. This is absolutely ridiculous and highly unprofessional. Seek medical help from a different provider
I went for a annual physical with Dr. Hayat, which should be free from my insurer. But USMD sent me a bill of $110, without any reasonable explanation. I would not recommend, they will scam you with bills.
Least helpful staff of any office I've been to. USMD flower mound staff are unfriendly & unhelpful in anything but scheduling. Their phone line isn't set up to take refill requests. So happy to switch providers
