I recently had my hair cut and permed and styled at this JCPenney's beauty shop. I am 80 year old lady with thin, fine hair. TINA is a magician with hair! She gave me the best haircut and perm I've ever had! No more bald spots to try and cover! She took at least 10 years look off my age! If you are looking for the best hairdresser ever, please call and get appointment with TINA! My permed hair is soft and beautiful. I will always return to this joyful lady for any hair needs! Went to get my hair cut and colored and OMG the beautiful blue haired lady, Alyssa? I think basically told me my idea wasn't good and suggested a better one. I was skeptical but she has the degree so why not? Blown the absolute heck fire away. When I need another color and cut I am 100% going back to her. Such a sweetheart, great conversationalist and suggested very good products to try out. 11/10

Tina Nguyen has been doing my hair for almost a year and she is amazing!!! She was able to fix a horrible cut I had got at a different place and is AMAZING when it comes to color as well!!! I won’t trust my hair to anybody else!!!
