Felix Tijerina was absolutely a pleasure to work with regarding my purchase of a complete AC system. He was very thorough in determining what was the right size unit for my home and answered all of my questions as we went through the process together of meeting my needs. He took the time to help me understand all of my options and worked to insure I had a complete understanding of how those options contributed to the overall system. Strittmatter is fortunate to have Felix on their team as the face of their company!
So far we are just in the estimate phase, but Felix did a great job of going over every detail of the quote, install process, and maintenance and warranty information. Very thorough!
