We took our dog Phoenix here today for the very first time and let’s just say that we have found a permanent place to get her baths. Phoenix is very anxious and has bad separation anxiety when it comes to baths and the staff at PetBar was beyond phenomenal. I just want someone who will take care of Phoenix like she is their own dog and we definitely found that. Tabitha(I hope I spelled it correctly) took care of Phoenix today and Phoenix smells the best she has very smelled after a bath. We can’t wait to return!
Deborah and staff did such a great job with our (big) puppies first groom. They were patient and kind and our girl looks great! So very pleased to have found a really great place to take our puppy.
This place is amazing! The facility is clean and has everything you need. The staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful with all questions. Stephanie in particular is an absolute gem and made me and my 16yo lab feel right at home. I highly recommend Petbar Flower Mound.
