with the 'on-line' option, multiple key cuts should be presented earlier in the process. that being said, the automated attendant, the easy to use interface, and the quickness and accuracy of the keys is wonderful.. Locksmiths beware, the machine is awesome!

Perfect key duplication! This technology is amazing and so easy to use! Getting keys made the old way was always hit or miss, but the precision of Minute Key is just awesome.And the self-service is great.
