Always makes sure multiple times a week, if not everyday, to take time and call each person back to set up an appointment so they don't have to rush on the phone. The owner, Laura, drives directly to YOUR house to take care of your animals so that we don't have to go through the hassle of putting them in the car/dealing with the aftermath. (yes, she cares that much for the animals, and yourselves).
