Not to be confused with North Texas Handyman Services LLC! And the businesses are located almost next to each other in Flower Mound so... Worked with Jay for the first time. Needed an outdoor faucet replaced. I attempted a DIY repair but couldn't figure it out and made the leak worse (dripping from outdoor faucet increased). Jay came within an hour of calling him, which was great. He walked me through what he was doing and was very encouraging in DIY repairs in general and showed me step by step how to fix the faucet myself should it happen on my other outdoor faucet.
