They make every interaction feel personal, welcoming, and supportive — something families like ours deeply appreciate. Our son is nonverbal autistic with sensory challenges and was diagnosed with TMJ. We were searching for support beyond clinical treatment — something that could also help with the neurological fatigue, emotional regulation challenges, and overall stress that often accompany his condition. Since coming here, the improvement in his quality of life — and our family’s — has been remarkable. And then there is Mr. Donald — truly miracle hands. Whether our son naps through a session or shows up as a full wiggle worm, Donald meets him with patience, kindness, and incredible skill. He adjusts to whatever our son needs that day and always treats him with dignity and care. We have seen meaningful improvements in his comfort, regulation, and overall well-being. I am an athlete that has suffered with muscle stiffness and soreness and decided to go to Taylor at Medical Massage RX because of advice given to me by a fellow athlete. Taylor is magical with her hands. Without a word from me she pinpointed my areas of pain and was able to smooth each tendon and muscle and breakup my lactic acid build-up that was causing intense pain.
