Hands down, every experience at Crowned By Rie, is better than any experience that I've had with anyone else. I've been getting my hair done for years by people in different states and cities. I am tender headed and natural. The way she cares for my hair is unmatched. Down to the tools and products that she uses, you can tell that this is more than just what she does. It's part of her essence. Other stylists have never asked me if the water was too hot. Other stylists never cared to asked if the detangling hurts my head. Nicole has been the best beautician I have had in years. She’s very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to the health of your hair. I will make the hour drive for her to do our hair. Highly recommend you give her a try, you will not be disappointed.

I made an appointment for my daughter back in December of 2021 for a silk press and a trim. My daughter is a natural curly girl who doesn't go straight often. When she left her hair appointment that day, I could physically see that she felt beautiful. She kept playing with her hair and looking in the mirror. My daughter is very shy and normally doesn't own how pretty she is so I was ecstatic to see how much she loved how Marilyn made her feel. We went back yesterday for another appointment.
