Nobody likes the dentist but if you have to go this is nice place to do it. I was there longer then I could have been but people were nice, professional and any issues I had were fixed. Rooms has TVs to pass the time, they explained things well, took a lot of xrays and pictures. As far a dentist visits go it was a good experience.
Tierra at the front desk is really nice and professional. She always greets me with a smile. Scheduling my appointment is always easy too.. I recommend this location based on the customer service. My dentist who is a lady is really talented also.
The staff was kind, caring, and patient. I’m used to the old ways of cleaning the teeth, and they worked with me. Thank you Ideal Dental Flower Mound. Thank you to my recent hygienist, Jennifer, who took the time to listen to my concerns and did a thorough job!!! A big thank you also to Dr Chowdry for your thoroughness, tact, and sensitivity in explaining what treatment my teeth need in order to maintain them for hopefully a long time ??
