The staff at the Fredericksburg location were amazing, and they went above and beyond to accommodate a patient who visited the closed office. The receptionist opened the door, brought the patient inside, and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and informative during the procedure, providing great care and earning a recommendation. The doctor, Dr. Arevalo, has impressive skills and was able to perform a complex root canal procedure, even with calcified and curved roots. The staff, including the assistant Esmey, were calming and attentive, making the patient feel comfortable despite the lengthy procedure. Patients with dental anxiety can feel confident in the care they'll receive at The Root Canal Doctor.
The staff at the Fredericksburg location were amazing. I gave them a visit last year, even though I unknowingly knew they were closed at the time I went. The receptionist must’ve heard me by the door since she was kind enough to open the door as I was making my way back to my car. She let me know they were closed, but then asked if I needed anything. After explaining my situation, she surprisingly brought me inside to set up an appointment for the next morning. They couldn’t have been any better when it came to the procedure. The entire staff went was friendly, professional, and informative as well! They took great care of me. Would definitely recommend!
Patricia was my first contact she was so clear about consult procedure & cost. Dr Arevalo explained the CT Scan; he had his work cut out for him calcified root canals & curved too. The Doctor has skills yes it was a long procedure but avoided an extraction. His asst Esmey was calming, friendly & attentive. Thanks for being affordable and highly skilled. I recommend them to anyone with dental anxiety. Dr. Arevalo knows the lyrics to many 80's songs.
The experience for me and my son here was awesome! Very friendly staff and doctor!! Very detailed about his procedure and is sure to answer any questions you might have. My son felt no pain at all. Recommend 100%
