Carrie was super nice not only to me but my son as well. She achieved the exact color I was aiming for without damaging my hair at all. I have tried on and off for years going blonde with other companies and my hair would never hold it and would always end up damaged. Carrie took great care of my hair! Because of the pandemic, I was hesitant to visit the limited walk-in barbers I usually visit. Living in San Antonio, I wanted to get a hair cut in a less populated town nearby and the Google reviews led me to set up an appointment at the Hair Lounge with Shelby.Shelby was super friendly and made sure I felt comfortable and safe given the circumstances of the pandemic. But besides that, she did an EXCELLENT job! One of the best haircuts I've ever received. HAD GREAT EXPERIENCE, SHELBY IS AWESOME AND AMAZING, I SHOWED A PICTURE OF THE HAIRSTYLE AND SHE GOT IT EXACTLY HOW I WANTED AND AT A VERY SHORT NOTICE!! EVERYONE LIKE MY CURLS AND MENTIONED THAT I LOOK BEAUTIFUL AND LIKE MARILYN MONROE LOL!! THANKS SHELBY!!
