“The adjustment and treatments have been the best I have ever had. He adjusts me to a level I am comfortable with, continuously checks in to make sure I am ok and comfortable. I have seen a lot of different chiropractors and sports therapists over the years due to back and neck problems that have been brought on by desk jobs and extreme hobbies.

I am staying in Floresville for a month at Cycleranch and once I started riding my dirt bike my hand, arm numbness and pain got so bad I could only ride for 5-10 mins before being forced to stop. I called on a Friday afternoon and got in Monday morning. I really appreciated him walking me through what is really happening with my spine, his plan, and how each apt will go. Dr. Goolsby’s passion is second to none.

I have been three times in the first week and have seen immediate improvements, Dr. Goolsby is also one of the very few drs that takes the time prior to the adjustment to provide heat and one of two electro treatments to relax the muscles. My muscles are so tight this is necessary for me and I have never had anyone adjust my neck so well, every vertebrae in my spine is adjusted if possible and needed.

Each appointment I never feel rushed, as he patiently listens to all my concerns and requests. Adjusting my wrists and helped deep stretch my neck. Also providing tape to see what will help me the most.

Everyone in the office is so kind and welcoming, they make me feel part of a family. An absolutely lovely experience every time I go.

I highly recommend giving him a try even if you have a chiropractor. Every doctor has a different touch and technique. I have seen doctors making small or no progress after months and some drs (like Dr. Goolsby) seeing immediate results.

Cost without health insurance it is on par with what I would pay for doctors when I had insurance.“
