Had my car breakdown on 97. No shop in town would touch it as it was under extended warranty. I was panicked because I’m not from here and didn’t want to pay out of pocket after purchasing the extended warranty. Brian was right on top of it, communicating professionally. He said he may not be able to get to my car if the problem was a big one as he already had cars in line. I understand and hoped the problem wouldn’t be bad. He reached out two days later and said it was done. He worked with my warranty company and got my price down to just over $200. I needed service on my 2016 Kia Sedona. A transmission change. Later brakes, rotors and grille replacement. Brian, the owner did a fantastic job on all three services. He was extremely courteous, timely and professional. His quote pricing was on spot and sometimes less. Very please with Belletz Automotive!!
This is the only place I take my c class. Very helpful, communicative. Great pricing and fantastic work. I have taken my Mercedes to them after another shop botched the repairs it needed n have taken it back for other repairs. Really great service.
