“Our puppy had her first vet visit with Dr. Gainer and she loved him! The staff were personable and professional, the office was clean, and Dr. Gainer's bedside manner with dog and owner was superb.“
“Both times I have taken my Cat in for help, the staff has been wonderful and efficient! They even worked with me on pricing because I’m a senior citizen on Social Security. They have seen Us for a visit on the same day I called in. I highly recommend them!“
“Awesome experience! Staff is so friendly and helpful and Dr Morris is so knowledgeable!“
“They are all so sweet and understanding. We drive over a hour just because there’s nobody better to trust with my fur babies“
“Amazing experience, extremely courteous, professional, amazing people! Our boy was all tail wags! Best experience by far! Highly recommend!“
“It is refreshing to find a vet that treats animals as a part of the family. They truly go above and beyond to not only help our animals, but make us feel hope as well! They truly are in business to help in regular and stressful situations. A blessing in today's world!“
“They are very sweet, caring and compassionate group of people.
May God bless you all and all you all love ???“
“Best vets all around! They took excellent care of our dogs for many many years! The heart and compassion they show is outstanding’ from the front desk who are always helpful, sympathetic and understanding to the vets knowledge and skills in handling of our sweet furry babies. When we needed them the most they were there and ready ! So much appreciated ?“
“I have been trusting them for many years. I think a total of 7 cats and a dog. They are great with new baby pets and seniors. Very compassionate during bad cancer diagnosis and end of life care. They have got us through pet emergencies and injuries. Even caught things early and prevented tough situations from becoming real emergencies. Like bad reaction to rabies shots ( we adopted and the vaccines were from a different vet) , surgeries, infections, kidney cancer, fatty lymphomas, bronchitis, eye and tummy problems, a rare aerobic bacterial infection, torn acl, back injuries, arthritis, and a cat eating cellophane. We also use them for boarding. It is reassuring that they are in the care of people we trust. Ones that have their medical records and know what they need. Everyone there has always been kind to us. The front desk, nurses and Doctors are caring. They call and check on our pets when they are being treated at home to see how things are going. Following up even on weekends when they are closed.“
“I've been taking my pets to Doc Bradford at CH Vet Clinic for 22 years. Best Doctor and Nurses ever encountered. Will never go anywhere else unless I move out of driving distance. A+++“
“As above, they are very good w/ my pets AND me! Good & correct diagnoses. Emotional support for me?“
“She’s wonderful. Was able to do echos on both of my cats.Alerted me to a potential issue which I had to see a cardiologist for.She took time to educate me and help calm my nerves about the situation.I genuinely feel like she cared both about me and Smeagol/Navi.Unfortunately one of my cats passed away due to her heart condition but I feel like she received the best care possible.“
“Shelley Drive is a great animal clinic. The doctors are knowledgeable and kind. The staff is friendly and helpful. My dog never hesitates when being dropped off for a bath or boarding. I highly recommend the clinic.“
“The Staff at Embry Animal Clinic are very professional and friendly. The Vet Doctor is also professional and do their best to make my dog feel comfortable. It was his first time at a vet and around strangers they gave him treats and took their time with him so he would calm down. I will definitely be keeping this vet for all my animals. They are also priced better then most vets“
“They are always friendly and gentle to my pet. They have very modern equipment, so I feel they provide the best care.“
“I do a lot of rescue work on my own due to so many babies being dumped on or around my property and rescues being full and out of resources. I try and do what I can. I have 8 dogs and had a primary vet. I took in 3 rescues and parvo broke out, killing them all.
No other vet clinic including my established vet offered any help or advice.
After driving around with 2 dying dogs in my car and making stops at multiple clinics, Dr. Spence showed compassion. He and his vet tech informed me of how to handle parvo (which I never had dealt with before) and taught me how to administer fluids.
The dogs didn't make it, I lost all 3 unfortunately. But his and his teams compassion didn't go unnoticed.
Thank you, Dr. Spence and team.
I will never forget that and I'm happy to now have you as my primary care vet for my pack of 8.“
“Premier Veterinary Hospital in Tyler,Tx are great. Lisa and Sierra were such great help for our Archie!“
“Transferred my business here in the past year. Love the staff. The techs are the absolute best in the business! Dr Phillips is top notch. She takes the time to listen and you feel as if you are valued.“
“I recently had our dog Flynn get sick. Azalea accepts our pet insurance. Nobody in Tyler does so I went there. I'm so glad I did. They were very accommodating. Our poor little guy needed to be looked at right away. They were very nice, professional and the whole staff treated me like we were the most important people and pet there. Our dog got an aggressive disease. Azalea got us back in quickly to check on the progress or lack of after starting treatment. Unfortunately we lost our little guy. I have had many pets over the years and seen multiple animal treatment centers. These guys are tired for number one. I appreciate all they did and how they treated us. I would highly recommend them. It's worth the extra drive from Tyler.“
“Dr. Alexander is always straight forward, honest and the best Veterinarian ever. Our family appreciates all he and his staff provides. Thank you Dr. A for all you do.“
“My normal vet was off the last time I went, but the vet who filled in for him was great. She took really good care of my baby. They even called me the next day to chevk om her. Great vet!“
“A stray cat adopted us over the last few weeks and after we were able to confine him when a clinic was open, we went to Rose City. They were able to take us in right away, provide the services we needed and let us take him home the next day as we arranged. The whole process was smooth and well explained. The techs we dealt with were friendly, patient, and informative.
Their services and prices were explained beforehand and I feel they were very reasonable.
Lastly, I greatly appreciate their days/hours. They obviously consider working families in their scheduling.“
“Really wonderful and personable staff. Knowledgeable, calming, and empathetic to our situation as my emotions were all over the place with the risk of losing our 14 year old dog. They saved her life! They were gentle and accommodating to my requests. We called on the way in to give them a heads up of our emergency situation and they prepped a room and fluids to give our dog upon arrival, they even met us in the parking lot to grab her and take her straight back. Great clinic and atmosphere- they even offered me a more comfortable place to sit while I nursed my baby. They gave stickers to my little kids and really made the whole experience a positive one. Kenzie, one of the vet techs, is a close friend of ours and she kept me updated with pictures of our girl's recovery as well. Thank you so much for your expertise and more importantly, how you treated my entire family. Forever grateful.“
