Had issue with water heater a while ago, BJ came out and looked at it and found the thermostat had tripped. He reset it and said keep an eye on it, charged me nothing for the trip. Had another issue with it this weekend, contacted him last evening and he was out today to get it taken care of. When you have any plumbing issue, give BJ a call. I texted BJ on a Monday- he came to my house same day and diagnosed our leak. He was so kind and professional- he even let me listen to the bubbles and explained in detail the problem and solution. When he left he said- “I’ll send you a quote and if you don’t end up using me that’s okay- just be sure to let them know the leak is right there.” That solidified our decision to choose him. He was fair- he was attentive- and he was hands on. My water was off for a very short time and they even replanted my flowers after they tunneled to the leak. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

Am so thankful for BJ and his willingness to come out during a holiday weekend!! He saved us from going without water for too many days. He was able to locate our multiple leak situation quickly and make the necessary repairs and recommendations to prevent it from happening again in the future. He was honest and fair and worked efficiently!! We appreciate him so much!
