4333 Belmont Ave, Dallas“I've noticed a lot of progress since I started coming to second side yoga in August 2023. And every class I leave feeling centered, energized and feeling ligher about whatever is waiting for me outside of the studio. What you're not going to find anywhere else - is the amazing community that's been built here. Sunrise Yoga with DJ and Sol Juice afterward? It's worth all the sweat. Coming back after some time, I still am flexible and ready to take on poses.“

I appreciated that so much, it was almost like it was a therapy session with a shrink ? Dr. Martinez was very through at what my care plan consisted of, the room was cozy and relaxing. I guarantee you will fall asleep ? I felt so much better after I left. Please schedule an appointment to regain your enter peace. Thank you Dr. Martinez“

1711 E Frankford Rd Apt 102, Carrollton“Jenny Sarah Amy Laura Kristi and Felicia are great yoga teachers. Rescue Yoga is a great studio. I was very nervous getting back into yoga after gaining weight but the people at this studio are so down to earth and supportive. Also for first customers you get to try out the studio for 3 weeks unlimited classes for ONLY $39.00 definitely can’t beat that (I really took advantage of the deal). Also another plus the teachers actually talk to you (know your name) and if you need help with a pose they will help you. Highly highly recommendRenee ?“

If you want to learn about the asanas (poses) in a gentle and loving environment, this is the place. If you want to dive deeper into yogic philosophy and expand your practice and spirituality, this is also the place. My life and practice have been transformed by this studio. Dear reader, I beg you to give yourself the gift of this place. There is so much love and growth here waiting just for you. May all beings be free. Namaste“

Nicole absolutely schooled me with two blocks and a zoom link - and I loved every minute of it. She's got that secret sauce of intelligent, creative sequencing, experience, wisdom and a genuine desire to be of service. Also, you will absolutely have a giggle at some point. 15/10 recommend.“

15203 Knoll Trail Dr #112, Dallas“I have been going to this studio a few times now and I really like the upbeat energy of the teachers and the spaciousness and comfortability of the room. The floors are squishy which I love. So much better on my joints and knees for on the ground positions. Surprisingly, I haven’t seen this mentioned before on any other reviews but I’ve never been to a studio with the soft floors! Everytime I leave a class I am sweating a bunch but feel so good, light and refreshed even after a super intense workout. The teachers also make sure to give opportunities for all levels of yogis to lean into their practice. It’s one of my favorite studios on ClassPass.“

5539 Dyer St, Dallas“I have been taking yoga classes from the BKS Iyengar Yoga Studio of Dallas since 2018. I think this is the best style of yoga practice for human beings' body, mind and soul. Well, it might take an average human being a while to discover that. But the journey of hard work is so worth it!The teachers, oh yes, they are the most dedicated and excellent teachers that I know of. They are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable of the correct yoga postures. They know how to adapt their teachings to the level of the students. They also know how to push you further if you are willing to go that extra miles.I just love the yoga classes and practice here in the studio, which make my yoga journey much easier and enjoyable!Thank you all, especially Randy, Skyler, and David!“

4835 N O'Connor Rd ste 200, Irving“Hi y'all, I'm Tiffany Knowlton: Owner, Artistic Director, Dance Educator, Choreographer, Social Media, Costumes, and Grand-National Award Winning Coach of EDCT STARS Competition Team. I am a retired professional dancer who has been completely in love with dance since the age of 3. I am so grateful that I am able to forward my passion, love, and decades of experience in Fine & Performing Arts to the next generation of dancers. Addressing some of the outright slander and lies of the 1-Star review from Marie P.: #1: "The Owner/Teacher Ms. Tiffany can really be tough on the kids to the point that children cried after several of their class. She often gets upset at the children if they didn't understand a dance more or technique." I do not EVER "make children cry", that is not my teaching philosophy whatsoever. If a student falls behind, I advise parents to encourage their child to study tutorials and spend time on strength & flexibility at home, review choreography (that I record, upload, and spend my free time sending to dance parents via email), actually physically practice, and come to class prepared so we can move on in the next class hour. If a student falls behind by a more noticeable margin, I may become concerned. My ultimate goal is to see every student improve and become the best dancer that they desire to be. Competition Team and Recreational Dance are completely different beasts. My coaching of Elite's competitive dance team is more intense than recreational. I always support all students in their dance journeys whether competitive or rec. Marie P.'s daughter approached me backstage at Winter Recital and asked me to invite her to join EDCT STARS for '24. This student is a novice-level dancer with very little athletic conditioning or classical dance training, BUT, I saw her tenacity and a bit of progress, so I thought, "yes, let's do this together, I know I can make you better if I can teach you more often," and I did exactly that and then some. #2: "I spoke to the owner's husband Andrew and informed him that my job would donate money to an organization of our choice if we did volunteer work. I asked if that money could go to my daughter and he stated that it could not, that it would go towards each child's account and their account will show a credit for the money that was being sent. I told him that was fine. I started to do the hours and my job donated $600." At the initial meeting for STARS, we provided both high-end and low-end cost estimates for competition season. We stuck to the low-end as promised, AND delivered a spreadsheet of tuition deadlines, due dates, and provided a payment schedule to every parent. We never promised to give any sort of rebate, refund, or deduction to anyone. Our billing contract and policies are posted 24/7/365 on our website. We are extremely honest and upfront in ALL business dealings. We received $200 at three separate junctures, totaling $600, between the months of January and June from Marie P.'s employer via direct deposit to our 501(c)3 charitable branch, EDCT CARES. We cannot transfer money from charitable donation to a specific child's account even if a parent demands it, and we thoroughly explained this. Marie then proceeded to harass us for MONTHS via email, to the point we were advised by our attorney to cease direct communication with Marie regarding EDCT CARES charitable contributions. Andrew (Owner and CFO) is available at the front desk. Marie never attempted to communicate in-person, she bullies & harasses behind her computer screen, just as she has done here. Additionally, I teach EDCT STARS anywhere between 5 & 10 hours most weeks, and charge only ONE class tuition. I do not "get a paycheck", I work FOR FREE every day for the last 4 years. #3: "I started on my volunteer hours". No, you did NOTHING by way of volunteering. The only thing you volunteered was disrespect, bullying, harassment, and lies. #4: "Our child was supposed to“

I didn’t start until a few short years ago and my only regret is that I didn’t pop in and try a class before. I love Ashley’s classes- they can be spicy as a Texas pepper with a mix of kindness. When I started going, she (and many others) made sure to make me feel welcome. It’s not just a yoga class at GFY!“

4970 Addison Cir, Addison“I recently started taking yoga classes because I am going through a difficult time in my life and I decided that I needed to do something for myself for a change. I decided on yoga because I wanted to do something that would help me mentally as well as physically, plus I do not like traditional exercise. I could not have found a better place than South Side Yoga! The day I started the instructor Ricky asked me if I had any physical ailments or pain areas and even taught us some positions that would help with those areas. All of our classes are tailored around everyone's needs and limitations. Ricky takes the time to get to know his clients so that he can help them in the best way possible. Even the positions that we do are tailored for everyone from those who are not flexible at all (or have a trouble areas) to people that can be twisted like pretzels. I don't know that I could ever find another class where one can receive so much care and assistance. The environment is also so relaxing but still laid back and fun! (Don't tell Ricky but he's actually pretty funny too) And the other students are all so friendly and kind.It is so helpful to have a place that I feel so relaxed and welcome while going through a difficult time.“
“I really enjoyed being a part of Lee Ann's class. I immediately felt welcome and appreciated how easy she was to follow. Thanks, Andy Fogarty“
