“Aaron came out with his helper yesterday, Feb. 6. 2024. They introduced themselves and I showed them the toilet that had been leaking. The tank was cracked and as I suspected, the toilet needed to be replaced. They offered me the option of picking one out on Home Depot site and ordering and they would pick up at no charge. All went smooth. They picked it up and installed in a short time and were on their way. They were very efficient and I am pleased with a new toilet. Great job guys!“

She was able to send someone within an hour. Jesus arrived and quickly assessed the situation and went to work. “They are honest and have fair pricing. Other plumbers sent through our home warranty would tell us we would need some ridiculous unnecessary repair that would be at an outrageous cost. After requesting a second opinion and having My Plumber come out a couple times to give the second opinion we told our home warranty we wanted to use My Plumber exclusively. Every time My Plummer would give an honest quote and a fair price. Additionally they would explain the difference in their quote and the 1st quote and why they recommended their route for repair.“
“Home Town Plumbing does excellent work! My initial phone call was promptly returned. An appointment was scheduled for the following day and Mike and Robb arrived as promised. They worked quickly and efficiently to analyze my repair issues with three outside faucets. Two of the faucets were repaired within minutes. They used appropriate tools to make the repairs quickly. The third faucet had to be replaced. They were extremely experienced in locating the connection inside the wall, cut through the sheetrock in the garage, and quickly connected new piping to existing inside the wall, and sealed the opening in the sheetrock with a cover, so no need for additional repair costs for covering the hole in the sheetrock!! I now have a brand new outside faucet that will last many years.This company offers experienced, knowledgeable, and efficient service and are fairly priced as a result. “We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.Highly recommend!!Service: Toilet repair“
