Terrible experience. They refused to provide me with a cancellation number or a confirmation email. I repeatedly asked to add my daughter as a driver and never heard back from anyone.

She submitted an incorrect format on the 2022 Income Tax and I received email from the IRS after a year, notifying and making the correct requirements. He also registered a company with the wrong address, which I found out about until I went to the bank.I already paid for these errors and now I have to pay someone else again to correct them.Unfortunately, you trust because you don't know, but well, it's okay even if you pay a little more, but now if I go with a CPA the last thing you want is to receive letters from the IRS.Be very careful about trusting her with a closed eye, review very well what she does before you pay her.

I always go to this places to make my taxes i had never have problems until this year i be waiting on my taxes since February. I try to call the owner of the place her name is maria but she never answered . i believe all of us. Who make our taxes there with work we dont have her own time for her to show to her shop any time because she dont answer the calls but the way i paid for the fast process for two weeks if been almost 6 months i have not responds on her. Is the worts experience i had on this place like i say before that everthing was ok if will b my last time. I hope she read it n take care of my situation cuz i pay for it if wasn't free.
