If possible I highly recommend requesting Dr. Johnson as the vet and Heidi as the vet tech. They are both just wonderful people and are so great with my pets. You can just see how they bond immediately. I also urge you to ask for alternatives if a certain medication for your pet is too pricey.
I have been bringing my dog here since I got him 11 years ago. He has seizures, and they have been great in sending his prescription to each new pharmacy (I was hunting for lower costs). They now allow online booking of appointments, and it's so much easier. Their new location has more room for waiting patients, parking, and private rooms. I try to see Dr. Spratt because my dog's lengthy medical history, and she is still wearing a mask in 2023. (I am also still wearing a mask due to medical concerns and to avoid missing work and health care costs.) We did have an unscheduled medical need once on a Monday and the wait was two or three hours, but they immediately diagnosed and prescribed appropriate meds.
I was recommended this place by a friend and I'm so glad she did. I took my cat for irregular eating habits and they sent me home with food that would help that day and I was able to come back for a check up. Today I came in for my dog because of her dew claw being split. I went to a banfield a few days ago and it's a night and day difference. All staff are friendly here and the doctor we saw made me feel so comfortable about my dogs injury and didn't try and talk me into anything unnecessary, unlike banfield who wanted to remove my dogs claw. Gave me all the info I needed and sent me home with some ear cleaner for my pup, which I realized I needed while sitting in the waiting office. If you want to go somewhere where you'll actually be heard and taken care of, come here. Both experiences have been great & the office is spacious and clean.
